These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", or "your") and Pantas33 ("Pantas33", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at pantas33.cam and all associated services, products, gaming content, promotions, and features made available through the platform.

Pantas33 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform designed specifically for adult users in Malaysia and internationally permitted jurisdictions. The platform offers a range of products including but not limited to: live casino games, online slots, sports betting (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other events), lottery-style games, and arcade products, all conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

By accessing the Pantas33 website, registering an account, making deposit, or placing any wager, you unequivocally confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference herein.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions:

• "Account" means the personal registered profile created by a User on the Pantas33 platform, through which the User may access gaming services and manage funds.
• "Balance" means the total MYR-denominated funds held within a User's Account at any given time, including real-money funds and bonus funds (where separately designated).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or incentive offered by Pantas33 to a User, subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions.
• "Eligible User" means any individual who meets all applicable eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
• "Gaming Services" means all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer products, and other wagering services made available on the Pantas33 platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer procedures, comprising identity verification and due diligence processes required before withdrawals are processed.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the sole currency in which all Account balances, deposits, wagers, withdrawals, and bonuses are denominated.
• "Platform" means the Pantas33 website at pantas33.cam, including any mobile-optimised versions thereof.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount a User must place using bonus funds before any associated winings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Activity" means any action listed in Section 8 of these Terms that is strictly forbidden on the Pantas33 platform.

Access to and use of the Pantas33 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the platform:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be a minimum of21 years of age to register an account or use any Gaming Services on the Pantas33 platform. This age threshold applies universally and without exception. Pantas33 enforces this requirement strictly and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to be registered by a person under the age of 21 will be permanently closed and all associated funds — including any winings — shall be forfeited pending review.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You must be accessing the Pantas33 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. Pantas33 does not provide legal advice, and access to the platform does not constitute a representation that such access is legal in your location.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered Account on the Pantas33 platform. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, shared device, household, IP address, or payment method — is a Prohibited Activity under Section 8 and may result in the immediate suspension and permanent closure of all associated Accounts.

3.4 Exclusion from Eligibility

The following categories of persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on the Pantas33 platform:

• Individuals under 21 years of age;
• Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from the Pantas33 platform or from gambling services generally;
• Current employees, contractors, directors, officers, or agents of Pantas33, or their immediate family members;
• Individuals accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law;
• Individuals who have had a prior Account permanently closed by Pantas33 for Terms violations.

To access the Gaming Services offered by Pantas33, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information as requested. Pantas33 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide reasons.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration, you will be required to provide, at minimum: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a chosen password. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and complete, and you undertake to maintain and update such information promptly if circumstances change.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Pantas33 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify Pantas33 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Pantas33 operates mandatory KYC procedures in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering standards. Before any withdrawal is processed, and in connection with certain deposit thresholds, Pantas33 may require you to submit documentary evidence of your identity, residential address, and ownership of the payment methods used. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other government-issued photo identification, together with a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address. Failure to complete KYC verification to Pantas33's satisfaction may result in withdrawal suspension.

All financial transactions on the Pantas33 platform are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Pantas33 supports the following payment methods, which are subject to change at the Platform's discretion:

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Pantas33 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following verified Malaysian payment partners: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and RHB Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Terms

• All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed within the platform at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account immediately upon successful processing. Delays attributable to third-party payment systems are outside Pantas33's control.
• Pantas33 does not impose deposit processing fees. However, your payment service provider may apply their own charges, for which Pantas33 accepts no responsibility.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible, as anti-money laundering measure.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory KYC verification as described in Section 4.3.
• Indicative withdrawal processing times: E-Wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) — typically under 5 minutes; DuitNow / FPX — typically 5–15 minutes; Direct bank transfer — typically 15–60 minutes. These are estimates only and may vary depending on payment partner processing times and transaction volumes.
• Pantas33 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
• Pantas33 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds for concern regarding account security or compliance.

5.4 Currency

All Account balances, bonuses, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in MYR. Pantas33 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Users depositing in MYR will not be subject to currency conversion fees by Pantas33.

Pantas33 offers various bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of each offer. The following general provisions apply to all bonuses and promotions on the Pantas33 platform:

• Each eligible User may claim each specific bonus offer only once, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds may be tracked separately within your Account. In the event of ambiguity, Pantas33's platform records shall be determinative.
• Pantas33 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any rights that have already vested in accordance with applicable law.
• Attempts to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts, the use of automated betting patterns, or collusion with other users — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winings, and may result in permanent Account closure.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless and until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

The following general rules apply to all bets and wagers placed on the Pantas33 platform, across all product types including sports betting, casino games, live casino, and lottery-style products:

7.1 General Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. Pantas33 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been accepted by the system, except in circumstances of manifest error as described in Section 7.3.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per product and are displayed within the platform interface at the time of wagering.
• Pantas33 reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on specific users or markets at its discretion.
• Void bets: a bet will be declared void where the underlying event is cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise does not qualify for settlement under Pantas33's applicable product-specific rules.

7.2 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets, including but not limited to Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, EPL matches, UFC events, and international tournaments, are governed by Pantas33's sports betting rules as published within the platform. In the event of a discrepancy between these general Terms and the product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail in relation to the relevant product.

7.3 Manifest Error

In the event of a manifest or obvious error in the publication of odds, lines, or game conditions — including but not limited to human input errors, software malfunctions, or data feed failures — Pantas33 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to users. Pantas33 will use reasonable endeavours to notify affected users promptly in such circumstances.

7.4 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure during a gaming session, Pantas33's server records shall be the authoritative reference for determining the outcome of any interrupted game or bet. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, the affected stake will be returned to the User's Account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Pantas33 platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referal to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account on the Pantas33 platform (whether under the same or a different identity);
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the platform or its payment infrastructure;
• Coluding with other users to fix game outcomes, share information in live dealer games, or coordinate betting patterns to exploit the platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform, place bets, or extract data;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage;
• Abuse of bonuses, promotions, or referal schemes — including but not limited to bonus hunting, multi-accounting, or the use of prohibited software to identify and exploit bonus terms;
• Charging back deposits through your payment provider after those funds have been used for gaming purposes;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Pantas33 staff or other users via any communication channel.

Pantas33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where Pantas33 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account holder has engaged in any Prohibited Activity under Section 8;
• The Account has been compromised or is being accessed by an unauthorised third party;
• The Account holder has provided false or misleading registration or KYC information;
• Required KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable timeframe;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk under applicable anti-money laundering or compliance obligations;
• The Account holder is or has become ineligible under Section 3;
• There is a pending regulatory, legal, or law enforcement investigation to which the Account is connected.

Upon permanent closure of an Account, any real-money balance (net of bonuses and pending investigations) will be returned to the Account holder via the same payment method used for deposits, subject to satisfactory completion of all applicable KYC requirements. Pantas33 is not obligated to return funds pending the outcome of a fraud or compliance investigation.

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting Pantas33 customer support. All pending wagers will be settled in accordance with standard betting rules before the Account is closed. Remaining real-money balances will be returned via the last verified payment method on record.

Pantas33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools that help users maintain control over their gambling activity. We take player welfare seriously and operate the following responsible gambling measures:

• Deposit Limits: Users may request daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account to control their spending. Requests to reduce existing limits will take effect immediately; requests to increase limits are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set session duration reminders to alert them when a specified period of gameplay has elapsed.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Users may request a temporary suspension of their Account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to cease gambling entirely may request permanent self-exclusion from the Pantas33 platform by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of one year.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications informing users of the duration of their current session are available on request.

In summary, Pantas33 collects personal data for the following primary purposes: Account administration, identity verification (KYC), transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision and improvement of Gaming Services. All content published on the Pantas33 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface elements, trademarks, and service marks — is the proprietary intellectual property of Pantas33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Pantas33 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or sublicense any platform content; use any automated data extraction tools on the platform; or reverse-engineer any aspect of the platform's software or systems.

Any unauthorised use of Pantas33's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pantas33 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from technical failures, data loss, interrupted gaming sessions, or third-party payment processing delays.

Pantas33 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we endeavour to maintain continuous, uninterrupted service availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from security vulnerabilities. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary service interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Pantas33's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable law.

Pantas33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Revised Terms will be published on the Pantas33 website with an updated effective date clearly indicated at the top of the document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

For material changes that may significantly affect User rights or obligations, Pantas33 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email or in-platform notification where practicable. Your continued use of the Pantas33 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary Account closure in accordance with Section 9.1.
